How to Create a Facebook Page and Earn Money Online

You can create a Facebook page and use it to create an income stream that can supplement your regular income, or you can use it to replace your full-time job. This guide on how to create a Facebook page and earn money online will show you how to start making money with your page and what resources are available to help you get started quickly. And don’t worry—it’s not as hard as you might think!

The Different Types of Pages

You can create four different types of pages on Facebook. The one you should choose depends on what you’re trying to accomplish: personal, local business, brand or organization. They are: Personal – This is your profile page that only includes your name. You use it to connect with friends and family, share photos, videos and interests as well as keep up with what’s going on in their lives.

Creating a Personal Profile or Business Page

You can create both personal profile pages or business pages on Facebook. Pages are best for brands, organizations, businesses, or events with a specific point of view. Personal profiles are best for people who want to share information about themselves with family and friends. For business pages, you can set up your own payment system that allows people to make donations or buy products from your online store using just their credit card on file with Facebook.

Setting Up Your Account

This can be one of most intimidating aspects of working on your own. To make things easy, remember that you don’t need an elaborate website: For now, it’s okay if your Facebook page acts as just an extension of your brand or personal profile. If you choose to link up a separate website, you will use my website in Step 4.

Verifying Your Account

It’s not immediately obvious how you can earn money from your Facebook page, but there are ways. One is by offering promotions for other companies through Facebook ads; another is with affiliate marketing, where you direct users from your site to an external seller in exchange for a commission on . To ensure that money earned from these sources reaches your business bank account (rather than your personal one), it’s best to have both your personal profile and business page connected under one login.

Optimizing Your Profile and Cover Photo

There are two parts of your profile that you’ll want to spend time tweaking—your cover photo and your profile picture. Your cover photo is what will appear whenever someone visits your page, while your profile picture appears next to every update you make on Facebook. If you’re trying to get more eyeballs on your company or brand, then I suggest making them professional pictures of yourself or members of your team.

Pinning Posts to the Top of Your Profile

In order to keep your followers coming back, you’ll want to make sure that every few days, you pin one of your most recent posts. Click on Edit Profile at the top of your timeline. This will bring up a sidebar where you can set what is called your cover photo or profile picture as well as pin posts up at the top of your profile.

Boosting Posts

If you have a Facebook page for your business, promoting your posts is an easy way to earn some extra money. If you don’t have a personal or business page on Facebook, create one. Once you’ve created it, boost any post that has relevant images or content. You can choose which of your target audience sees each post based on their demographic information and behavior patterns.

Advertising on Facebook with Sponsored Stories

Sponsored stories allow you to use your friends in an ad. If someone likes your page, they’ll see their friends liked it, which allows you to expand your audience. You can also promote with sponsored stories where brands can pay for other people who like their page, visit their website or check into one of their locations (restaurants, hotels) appear on that user’s timeline. This is an easy way for small businesses to get started advertising on Facebook.
